The placement of a magnetic monopole into an electrically-neutral chiral plasma with non-zero axial density results in electric polarization the matter. current produced by effect is balanced charge diffusion and Ohmic dissipation, which generates non-trivial distribution. In turn, latter induces separation chiralities along field due to effect. We find stationary states such system, vanishing total anomaly. this solution, becomes "dressed" that proportional averaged matter -- forming dyon. interplay between effects on one hand, presence other, may affect evolution early Universe, contribute process baryogenesis, can also be instrumental for detection relic monopoles using materials.
